How do you grade the condition of surplus items?

We use a standardized grading system: 'New/Unissued' for items never used, 'Excellent' for light use, and 'Serviceable' for items with visible wear that still function perfectly.

What is your return policy on surplus gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Please note that for authentic surplus, some unique wear and tear is expected, but if the item is non-functional or incorrectly described, we will make it right.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to select international locations. However, please be aware that certain tactical or restricted items may not be eligible for export due to ITAR regulations.
